TULSA COUNTRY CLUB “SWING FOR LIFE” May 17, 2004 The 2004 HERA Foundation Golf Scramble will take place to benefit ovarian cancer research and to help women receiving treatment in Oklahoma and their families battling the disease. As a result, the Committee is excited to announce the Second Annual HERA Foundation Swing for Life Golf Scramble scheduled for Monday, May 17, 2004, at the Tulsa Country Club. The format will be a four-man scramble with each team to include at least one female. Registration is limited to 112 entrants. There will be one shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. The entry fee is $150.00 per player ($600 per team) which includes driving range use, lunch, embroidered golf shirt, and quality golf related prizes for winners including the chance to win a free 2-year lease of a Porsche Cayenne by making a hole-in-one on a specified hole.
