When/Where | Purpose | Format | Schedule | Film Fest | Factoids | Directions | Camping & Lodging | Climbers | Satellite Climbs Format Individual climbers will set personal goals for number of feet climbed and will secure pledges from personal sponsors. (Fundraising tips - IT IS AS EASY AS 1,2,3...) Climbers who raise a minimum of $500 will be entered in to our amazing raffle (last year close to $10,000 of gear was given away). Those climbers raising $1000-1999, $2000-2999, and over $3,000 will each be entered to win a super prize in their category. Last year's super prizes included a round trip airline ticket anywhere in the US, Climbing package with pack by Arc'teryx, shoes from Montrail, helmet from Camp, Rope from Sterling and socks from Thorlo, and finally a 3-Season tent from the NorthFace with pad from Big Agnes and headlamp from Black Diamond. At the 2004 Climb for Life, top climbers including Lisa Gnade and Nancy Feagin were on hand to join the climbers and gave beta and demos at the crags. Last year's event included: |
